Personalised plans start from €250 per month. The final amount depends on the property, its location, facilities, visit frequency and specific needs.

AE assesses the incident, coordinates the right professional, oversees the work and keeps the owner informed. Technical repairs are carried out by external specialists.
During the first three months you can get to know the service. If your expectations haven't been met by the end of that period, one month's fee is refunded in accordance with the agreed terms.*
